Ordering Policy
To order from Team Foxy, please send an E-mail which lists the items that you would like to order, the color and quantity. If there is anything special that you would like us to do such as extra reinforcements at non-standard hardware locations, let us know that too.

Include your name, shipping address, the billing address of your credit card, your phone number and tell us a convenient time to call you for credit card information. If you prefer, you may phone or fax your credit card information to us at 772 581 9401.

When the order is received, we will review the order comments and if necessary contact you for more information. When your order is ready to ship, we will E-mail your invoice in PDF format and also include the tracking information and expected delivery date. We do not bill your credit card until the order is boxed and ready to ship.

Terms
All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment by check or MasterCard and Visa. For standard colors and fabrics, your credit card will not be billed until the order is complete and ready to ship.  Payment must be completed before orders are shipped.

Warranty
Team Foxy will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product that is defective in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Some fabrics, such as Sunbrella, carry an additional warranty up to five years.  Call 772 5819401 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). The customer is responsible for packaging and shipment to Team Foxy. Team Foxy will pay for return shipping to the customer.

Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be by UPS ground.

Privacy
Team Foxy does not share customer information with any other organization.
